Delicious pão de queijo combining a traditional Brazilian recipe with Switzerland's finest cheese. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Hand made with love in Lausanne by Carol and Tiago, taking only the best ingredients from fresh eggs to classic Brazilian maniok flour over to delicious Swiss AOP Gruyère and DOP Grana Padano Cheese.

  • Baking instructions

    Directly from freezer to oven! Pre-heat oven at 180°C and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Beijo is a raw product, therefore it needs to be backed and cannot just be heated up (e.g. in a microwave).

    You will receive your Beijo frozen. Please make sure someone will be home to receive it and put immediately in the freezer. We ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
